The wiry smoke tortoiseshell made its way confidently over the border of Skulls and through the gently rippling grass, green eyes focused on the ship which Skulls' members called their home. "Hey!" Wolfgate let out a rasping shout, stopping and fluffing out his fur. Pine scent rolled from his body. "I'm home!" now...how many people would be sad he was back?

Truth or dare, eh? Wolfgate would always - always - choose truth. The splotched crew member padded briskly over, slowed only slightly by his limp. "I'll play with you lot." he meowed gruffly, sitting down and flashing them all a rare, roguish grin.
-
Parties....weren't really Wolfgate's thing, but he had to reestablish a rapport with his groupmates after his leave of absence. At least he'd come back...not like Charon. Flexing his claws, the smoke tortoiseshell bounded over and parted his jaws to speak. "'Grats to everyone who was promoted." and he was being sincere, too. As goofy as Ao Shin was, Wolfgate respected him. Shocker.
It'll be me next. I'm sure of it. the rather ambitious tomcat thought with a slight, toothy grin.

Wolfgate offered the Apothecary an uncommon smile. He was pleased to see James, someone he knew, and was even happier that the tortie seemed genuinely happy that he was okay. "Good to be home." he replied briskly, surveying the beach and the surrounding trees with an appraising gaze. At the mention of changes, his pointed ears flicked and he glanced sharply down at James. "Fill me in, please."

Noted - enjoy! C:

"I will not accept anyone's butt in my face." grumbled Wolfgate as he approached; the grouchy crew member approached with rapid, lilted steps, sitting at Swanpaw's side and casting them all a thoughtful look. "I could tell a story...if y'all want."
-
Angry spluttering noises emitted from somewhere nearby James - Wolfgate surfaced a few meters out to sea, legs flailing and a large fish clutched in his jaws. What was causing him such discomfort happened to be a large, sharp rock that had impaled itself in his paw. Flopping onto the sands, he appeared not to notice James and spat out the fish, glaring down at his injured foot. "Blasted rocks."
-
"Good to meetcha, boy." the hoarse words of the smoke tortoiseshell came from above Garett's head - evidently Wolfgate had been eavesdropping, as he dropped to the ground a few moments later and studied the canine, clear appraisal in his sharp green eyes. "My name is Wolfgate."
-
Wolfgate was faintly pleased that Macklemore had gone missing, but he was more interested in the changes regarding upper management. Beginning to stride towards the boat, he grunted appreciatively before inquiring, "And who's the First Mate? And Officers?" at the arrival of someone new, he narrowed his green eyes and analyzed the Shanghai. So, this was one of the new promotees? "Wolfgate. Former member of Skulls." he introduced himself crisply, offering a paw for the tomcat to shake.
-
"Wolfgate." grunted the smoke tortoiseshell - brisk, purposeful, lilted steps carried the crew member towards the newest Skulls member, his green eyes bright with appraisal.
-
Wolfgate found no need to openly declare the fact that he would be joining his Clanmates, as his presence would surely be enough. The smoke tortie bounded over and promptly began to sniff for prey.
-
Wolfgate continued to approach the ship, the reason for this coming in the form of a loud rumble of hunger from his stomach. Ah, yes...being promoted was something which the ambitious tomcat had long since been thirsting for. Hopefully - hopefully - he could manage it. "Well, thanks, both of you. Lady Avorio still around?"
-
Wolfgate barreled onto the battlefield - his limp seemed to vanish, swallowed by his unbridled rage and urge to defend his home. His mind was clear as adrenaline pumped through his body, and the soldier glanced around for someone to attack.

"Good luck." grunted Wolfgate with a nod in the tortie's direction, moving closer and sitting himself alongside Ao Shin. So long as James returned safely, this would prove highly beneficial.
-
Wolfgate was not about to discuss his family with anyone, so he held back in joining in until the conversation had switched to a different topic. The crew member limped purposefully over, eyes aglow with determination. "Participating."
